  • No, you don’t require a referral to be assessed and treated by our practitioners. Some insurance companies do require a physician’s referral to utilize benefits.

  • We offer online booking for your convenience. Just click one of the “reservation” buttons, and you will be redirected to our online booking system. If you’d prefer to reserve an appointment with the front desk, please give us a call or send us an email. We’d be happy to assist you!

  • Unsure which type of treatment type is right for you? Give us a call or send us an email, we will be happy to guide you in the right direction depending on your specific complaint.

  • Usually yes! Your initial assessment includes a comprehensive history and physical examination, review of diagnosis and plan of management, as well as treatment. If you have a complex case of numerous injuries, we sometimes need the entire initial visit to complete this pathway to care. This ensures you receive the best possible care.

  • Up to 80% of pregnant women experience moderate to severe back, pelvis, leg and foot pain. The weight of a growing fetus shifts a women’s balance, stretches ligaments and tissue, and puts increased pressure on joints.

    Webster technique is a gentle and specific treatment designed to help prepare the pelvis, and low back for labour & delivery. Soft tissue therapy and exercises can be provided to release tight muscles and ligaments, and strengthen pelvic floor and postural musculature. Special pregnancy pillows and wedges are provided to ensure optimal comfort during your session.

  • Your little one has a developing spine (and while it is teeny tiny) the time spent in utero, and through the process of labour & delivery, can result in lingering muscular tightness. This can present as infant TMJD (jaw) and poor oral function, reflux and digestive issues, difficulty latching/breastfeeding, poor sleeping habits, colic and irritability, growing pains and more.

    We take the time to assess your baby’s overall health, including a TOTS (tethered oral tissue) exam for tongue, lip and buccal ties, developmental milestone and primitive reflex checks to ensure they are thriving.

    Our Chiropractors are certified in PIPS (paediatric intramural palate specific) technique, so you know your little one is in the best of hands!

  • Naturopaths or Doctors of Naturopathic Medicine, are health care practitioners who use natural therapies to support and stimulate healing. They offer a wide range of services to people of all ages, including pain management, acupuncture (TCM & facial rejuvenation), drawing blood, dispensing and prescribing drugs, as well as nutraceutical counselling.

  • Common feeding difficulties or concerns include nipple or breast pain, poor latch, increasing efficiency in feeding sessions, feeding premature babies, multiples or twins, low milk supply or oversupply, slow weight gain, blocked ducts/mastitis, supplementation, breastfeeding after breast augmentation or reduction, tongue/lip ties, pumping questions & concerns, re lactating or inducing lactation.

  • A RHN provides professional advice & guidance on how to eat right for your body, with the addition of natural supplementation and lifestyle adjustments, in order to achieve optimal health & wellbeing. Holistic Nutrition Counselling can help with sustainable weight loss, stress & anxiety, digestion, hormonal imbalance, skin health, as well as chronic fatigue and burn out.

    Our RHN also offers menu planning for those looking to make an investment in their health, but making it as easy as possible!

  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life happens, but a late cancellation or missed visit could have been filled by another patient who needed it. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment, or a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment will apply.

  • Yes! We provide direct billing to most major insurance companies. If your plan allows, we will receive payment directly from your insurance company so you don’t have to pay upfront.

  • We accept all debit and all major credit cards, including AMEX (get those travel points)!

  • We welcome all patients, regardless of gender. That being said, our clinic specializes in female centred care and our selected services reflect this.
